Terms of use
Last updated 21 October 2026
By using MileClub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Ride safely, and never use the phone while riding
Plan, edit and type only when you have stopped somewhere safe. MileClub is designed to be glanced at on a mount and to speak alerts aloud; it does not replace your attention, your judgement or local traffic law. You are responsible for how and where you ride.
Rider alerts are not an emergency service
Alerts, pings and SOS messages go to the people on your ride and the contacts you choose. They depend on your phone, its battery and a network connection, and they can be delayed or fail. MileClub does not contact emergency services for you. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in India and Europe, 911 in North America).
Plans and suggestions are a starting point
Routes, distances, fuel gaps, weather, permit notes and AI suggestions can be wrong or out of date. Roads close, passes shut and fuel runs out. Check conditions, permits and the law yourself before and during a trip.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Trip organisers control their trip: who joins, what is approved and who can edit.
Your content
You own what you add. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people on your trips and process it to run the service. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful or harassing, or anyone else's personal data without their permission. You can report content in the app; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Expenses
MileClub calculates who owes what from the amounts and exchange rates your group enters. It does not move money. Payments you make through UPI or other apps are between you and the other person.
Paid plans
Riders use MileClub for free. Organiser plans, when offered, are billed through Google Play or the App Store under their terms, and you can cancel at any time.
Liability
MileClub is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury, loss or damage arising from a ride, a route or a missed or delayed alert. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using MileClub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
