Delete your MileClub account

You can do this yourself in under a minute.

In the app

1. Open MileClub and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out and the deletion starts straight away.

Without the app

Email privacy@mileclub.app from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my MileClub account". We confirm by reply and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, bike details.
• Your live-ride positions (these are also deleted automatically 72 hours after every ride).
• Photos and receipts you uploaded.

What stays, anonymised

In trips you shared with others, your name becomes "Former member" so the group's itinerary and cost totals still add up. Comments and expenses you added stay attached to that anonymous name. Backups roll over within 30 days.
